Kevin Quale is a NYC based artist and designer. He is currently the lead lighting designer at Lindsey Adelman Studio, having worked with her for 14 years. However, his background and passion is in ceramics, having started at the age of 7 at a community studio in Portland, OR. His work mines the classic formal vernaculars of the past and reinvents them not so subtly through a contemporary gay lens. He was recently named one of Dwell Magazine’s 24 top emerging designers of 2025 and has pieces in prominent private collections.
